You will manage daily tasks, ensure spaces are ready to rent, and handle payments with care. The position offers standard retail hours, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekend shifts and travel up to 25%. A Real ID or Passport is required for travel to training centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Real ID or Passport required for training travel.
• Ability to work Monday–Sunday with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and transportation required to perform essential functions of the job
