Job summary

Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screening Quality Assurance to provide reliable security support at the site. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with anchor shifts and the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our platform, supporting growth within a leading security company.

Experience in security is valued; training is provided, with requirements for background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of security-related experience.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigations and drug screening may be required by law.
Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures.
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and other entrants according to location procedures.
Monitor access points and help maintain orderly entry and exit processes at the site.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols and report unusual activity or conditions.
