Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Checkpoint Screener in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on safeguarding clients across logistics and distribution sites, using X-ray screening to inspect shipments and maintain a visible security presence with professional customer service.

You will work part-time schedules (e.g., Tue/Wed 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) with opportunities to explore shifts via the Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or property entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections, escalating issues as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or property entering or exiting the location per site rules.
