• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Screen individuals and personal belongings using screening equipment and procedures.
• Verify credentials, badges, and authorization for entry into controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Screen individuals and personal belongings using designated screening equipment and procedures, escalating prohibited items, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Verify credentials, badges, and authorization for entry into controlled areas; maintain accurate visitor and screening-related records as required by site policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of identified screening areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
