Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Dallas, TX. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings while maintaining part-time hours.

Pay rate is $16.82 per hour with the potential to scale up hours through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. This position supports a flexible schedule and opportunities to move toward full-time work.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles before access to the site is permitted.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and documents for employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
