Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts using our scheduling platform to boost earnings. Pay is $18.50 per hour, with daytime hours and a flexible path to build up to a full-time schedule.

The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, a HS diploma, and a valid security license where applicable. Background checks and a drug screen are required by law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• State/municipal security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to clients, visitors, and staff at a distribution site.
• Conduct fixed-location and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies per post orders.
• Prepare clear incident and activity reports for leadership and clients.
