Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Security in Dallas, TX. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed anchor shift and the option to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform to earn more.

Pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The position supports part-time employment with potential progression to a full-time schedule up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include front-desk duties, access control, and incident response per site policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Serve as a front-desk point of contact by greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing residents and guests in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor access to the property, observe lobby activity and/or surveillance systems, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying emergency responders and/or site management as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and front-desk logs while helping to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.
