Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel by screening procedures.
Screen individuals, packages, and items entering designated areas per site requirements.
Monitor access points and maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
Conduct regular patrols and document observations in required reports.
