Allied Universal in Springdale, AR is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screener to provide security screening and customer service at an aerospace and defense site.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six‑month commitment, the option to claim additional shifts to boost earnings, and weekly pay.

Pay is $17.00 per hour with part‑time hours and the potential to scale to a fuller schedule, plus training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related screening procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized materials in accordance with access‑control requirements and established screening protocols.
• Monitor screening equipment and inspect belongings, packages, and vehicles as assigned, escalating prohibited items or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate screening logs, access records, and incident documentation while conducting regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter locations.
