Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, visitor credentials, packages, and deliveries in accordance with site access requirements and established screening procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and review access documentation while maintaining a professional, courteous, and detail-oriented presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, screening areas, business spaces, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
