Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma/ GED.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership are required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remain calm under pressure and attentive to detail.
• Respond effectively to emergencies with sound judgment.
• Strong observational and communication skills; quick decision making.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarms and security equipment.
• Control building access by verifying IDs and managing visitor logs.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Enforce security protocols and company rules for premises and personnel.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates and equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
