Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Standard computer/tech skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Access control at security entrances/exits.
• Patrols inside/outside the client’s premises in various weather and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to achieve site goals.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature and scope as needed.
