Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Philadelphia at the 1100 Arch Street location. The role offers part-time hours with multiple shifts, including weekends, and a starting pay of $17.25 per hour.

The position supports a diverse client base across industries and emphasizes hands-on experience and growth opportunities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of security experience preferred but not required, and the ability to work outdoors

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate reliable and professional communication.
• Ability to stay alert and respond to incidents.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that create security or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department as required.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor access points.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs per post orders.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
