Allied Universal in Compton, CA seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Credential Review to provide reliable, flexible hours at a fixed site with options to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings.

Pay rate is $18.75 per hour with a fixed schedule and opportunities to earn more through the shift-claim program, aiming to build up to a full-time schedule when possible.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
