Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Technology Support in Atlanta, GA. You will provide unarmed security, monitor access, and respond to incidents at a financial institution, using our claim a shift tools to build your schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; drivers license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity around the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment for employees, customers, and visitors while documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations in required reports.
