Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Preparedness to serve guests and clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will maintain a visible presence, perform unarmed patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service while following site procedures.

This role offers a flexible daytime schedule with shifts; you can claim additional hours through our Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• 1–2 year security experience or relevant background preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check required and drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• 2 Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter security incidents.
• 3 Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and hazards.
• 4 Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• 5 Document patrols and incidents and communicate with leadership.
