Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site requirements.
