Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor site access by observing vehicles, visitors, and personnel; manage sign-in and credential checks.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; document observations and notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications per procedures.
