Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and access control at a logistics/distribution site.
• Monitor and control facility access by verifying credentials and logging visitors.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate when needed to site contacts or leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, and parking areas.
• Document observations and incidents and complete required site reports.
