Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization; maintain documentation.
• Observe and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site contacts.
