Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
