Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
• Ensure safety through routine and random patrols.
• Maintain logs and reports of patrol activities and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements; report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.
