Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Perris, CA. The role combines customer service with security duties at a logistics and distribution site, including monitoring access points, patrols, and incident reporting.

The position requires at least one year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a fixed early-morning schedule. A background check and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and report unusual activity, damaged property, or policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs accurately and promptly.
