Qualifications

• A valid driver license is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and deterring unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
• Document observations and incidents; communicate with site leadership and supervision.
