Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports and shift pass-down communications.
