Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by employer.
• Driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and campus guests while enforcing site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus facilities and surrounding areas to deter incidents and identify maintenance or security concerns.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms and medical situations following campus procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
