Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Annapolis, MD. You will conduct driving and walking patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location.

The role features a part-time schedule with evenings and nights, a pay rate of $19.00 per hour, and requires a minimum of security experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following procedures.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations.
