• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, procedural manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Verify credentials at access points and document incidents and activity.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and responders per post orders.
