Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen to be conducted as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in logs and reports.
