Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Security Officer Client Support Patrol in Louisville, KY to safeguard clients across industries. You will maintain a visible presence, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service using tablet-based tools.

The schedule offers flexible DayTime shifts with specific hours and weekends, a pay rate of $20.10 per hour, and opportunities to grow through our Claim a Shift platform and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
