Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, property damage, and hazards to site contacts.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports per site requirements.
