Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel.
Control vehicle and pedestrian access, including employee parking and service lanes.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, facilities, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
