As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, provide customer service, and report patrols and events according to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by checking credentials, screening visitors/contractors, and reporting concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities per procedures.
