Allied Universal® in Saint Joseph, MO is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Foot Patrol to safeguard clients across production facilities and other sites. You’ll conduct unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service, deter incidents, and maintain a visible presence.

The role offers flexible scheduling with day and night shifts, pay of $17.00 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted according to applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a production location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entries, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate contacts.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports and communicate information during shift handoffs.
