Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Albuquerque, NM to safeguard clients across government facilities and other sites. You will provide customer service, perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

A flexible schedule supports work-life balance in a dynamic security environment. Requirements include HS diploma or equivalent, background check, and drug screen; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and direction-giving.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns with calm, clear reporting.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports on patrols, incidents and observations.
