Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Patrol Incident Documentation in Albuquerque, NM. This part-time role involves patrolling government facilities, providing professional customer service, and maintaining visible security presence to deter incidents.

You will complete routine reports and logs, follow safety procedures, and respond calmly to alarms or emergencies while upholding client and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess an armed guard license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as conditions of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access-control procedures, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership.
• Maintain required reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal, client, and applicable regulatory requirements.
