Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Perimeter Observation in Montgomery, AL. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, providing flexibility for your schedule.

Pay rate is $16.30 per hour. The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, strong customer service skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent for employment at a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity; report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
