Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; document entries and observations accurately.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and support operations at essential facilities.
