As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a lively retail and entertainment location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist guests and team members, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 06:15 PM - 02:15 AM
• Fri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the entertainment venue, retail areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help support a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
