Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Operations in Pico Rivera, CA, offering fixed shifts and the option to pick up additional hours at other sites. Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazardous conditions, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and customer service needs while maintaining a professional presence in a high-traffic retail environment.
