Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: valid driver’s license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in line with laws.
• Criminal history considered per laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, observe visitor and vehicle activity, report hazards.
• Complete reports and logs, communicate with leadership and site contacts.
