Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting suspicious activity as needed.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
