Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Operations in Chillicothe, OH. This part-time role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour and a set daytime schedule.

You will support access control, patrols, and incident response in a manufacturing/industrial setting. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a minimum age of 18 (21 for armed roles), a high school diploma, and passing background and drug-screen checks.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor badges and logs.
• Control entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials per site procedures; escalate discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify security concerns and facility conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor badges as directed, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Control entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials in accordance with site procedures, escalating discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and facility conditions.
