Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, parking, exterior grounds and perimeter areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following established procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.
