Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Investigation in Honolulu, HI for part-time shifts. You will monitor premises, respond to alarms, and maintain a visible, welcoming presence for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have alarm panel experience and customer service background; 18+ (21+ for armed roles). Background checks and license requirements apply. This role offers flexible evenings and weekend availability through our shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

• Prior alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter.
