Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and alertness throughout the shift.
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgement and escalation.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside client premises in various conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to achieve site goals daily.
• Carry out tasks similar in scope as required for assigned site.
