Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents with accurate reports and communicate with site leadership or responders.
