Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm calls, incidents, and emergencies quickly and appropriately.
• Monitor entrances, authorize access, and deter theft or disorder.
• Write clear daily activity and incident reports.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies.
• Circulate among visitors to maintain order and property protection.
• Warn violators and remove them if necessary using appropriate force.
• Secure doors and gates at all entrances/exits.
• Provide basic first aid in medical emergencies if needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
