Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Greensboro, GA to provide reliable, flexible hours and support a commercial real estate site. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling earnings growth toward a full-time schedule if desired.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements vary by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; assist residents and guests as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate findings to site management.
