Qualifications

Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as required by law.
Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, yard, parking, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and verify visitor and vendor entry requirements.
Document observations and incidents in required reports and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
